New Delhi, November 15th: Kia Seltos is a popular global model that has achieved great success and laid the foundation for the Korean automaker in India. The Kia Seltos facelift, already on sale in its home market, is now entering the US automotive market and is selling well despite fierce competition.

The updated Kia Seltos is expected to hit the US market in the coming weeks. Kia Motors hopes to increase sales of the model with the introduction of the update.

If looks are a concern, the Seltos facelift shows off the front fascia with a larger grille with new illuminated accents. The headlights and front bumper have also been redesigned. At the rear of the SUV, new taillights interconnected with stylish light strips illuminate the entire rear façade. The skid plate is also expected to be more prominent. The Kia EV6 GT all-electric performance car goes on sale next week.

Internal updates include an updated 10.25-inch infotainment screen and 10.25-inch driver display. Other minor interior updates are also expected to be revealed during the official debut of the Seltos facelift in the US.

Under the hood, no updates are planned. This means that the model will continue to have the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 147 hp and 180 Nm of torque, and the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine. It offers 195 hp and 265 Nm. Kia Carens MPV has been launched in India at Rs 8.99 Lakh, features and specs.

In India, the Kia Seltos is powered by 1.4 liter Turbo petrol, 1.5 liter Smartstream petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engine options. We expect Kia to bring his updated model to our shores in 2023.
