Renault-owned Dacia has finally revealed the long-awaited second-generation Duster. The SUV is also sold under the Renault brand in the Indian market under the same name.
As part of the Midlife facelift, the new 2022 Duster has undergone numerous design and technical updates to match the latest cars, such as the new Dachia Sandero.
The new duster features a Y-shaped headlight design with a different chrome grille than the existing model. Another major change in the new duster is the SUV’s first LED front indicator. You’ll also get new aero-optimized 15-inch and 16-inch wheel options and spoiler designs.

Inside, there’s a newly updated cabin with more storage, a redesigned center console with new materials, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen with smartphone integration, which is now standard on SUVs. .. Some other important features of the car include cruise control, automatic headlights, automatic climate control, and a heated front seat. The latter is reserved exclusively for the higher variants.
- 2022 Renault Duster Engine:
The new generation of dusters will be sold with a number of engine options depending on the market. In Europe, the new duster will be available on gasoline engines with a 1.0-liter turbo. This unit is rated to generate 89bhp of power. There are also 128 bhp or 148 bhp 1.3 liter gasoline, 113 bhp 1.5 liter diesel, and gasoline or LPG 1.0 liter bi-fuel motors.
- 2022 Renault Duster India Launch:
The company still sells the first duster in the Indian market. New models are unlikely to arrive in the country soon, as Renault is currently prioritizing CMF modular platform-based models such as Kiger, Kwid and Triber.
