From the beginning of the second half of 2022, Hongqi will put all its innovation resources and new production capacity into NEV development, and stop investing in traditional oil-fueled vehicle R&D and production capacity building.
The Hongqi brand aims to reach its annual sales target of 1 million units by 2025, of which more than 500,000 are planned for NEVs. By 2030, the automaker expects full-year vehicle sales to surpass his 1.5 million units, with the NEV segment becoming the mainstay of sales.

Hongqi NEV conducts research and development based on FME architecture for premium smart electric vehicles.
